Carrier Service Alerts
    FedEx Modified Operations:
    1. Early on-call and drop box pickups in some areas.
    2. Early on-call pickups in some areas.
    3. Early station, on-call pickups, and drop box closings in some areas.
    4. No pickups, but delivery will be made as usual.
    5. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS observation of holiday.
    6. On Dec. 22, and Dec. 30, FedEx Freight will be open with normal pickup and delivery operations and a modified linehaul schedule. Shipments picked up that have not been moved will resume transit on the next normal operating day. For example, a one-day shipment picked up on Dec. 22 will resume on Dec. 27 and be delivered on Dec. 28.
    7. On Dec. 23, FedEx Freight will be open with only prearranged pickup and delivery shipments being made. Freight shipments picked up on Dec. 23 will resume on Dec. 27. For example, a one-day shipment picked up on Dec. 23 will resume on Dec. 27 and be delivered on Dec. 28.

    UPS Modified Operations:
    1. Delivery of UPS® Air, international Air, UPS® Standard and UPS® Ground packages. Pickup service is available only for Air and international Air packages if prearranged by Wednesday, December 21. UPS On-Call Pickup® service and UPS® Drop Box locations are available to all customers for Air and international Air packages.
    2. Delivery of UPS Air and international Air packages only. Pickup service is available only for Air and international Air packages if prearranged by Thursday, December 29. UPS On-Call Pickup service and UPS® Drop Box locations are available to all customers for Air and international Air packages

    TForce Modified Note:
    1. TForce Freight is closed. Pickups can be scheduled in advance with the local Service Center or TForce Freight Expedited at (800)644-0900. Delivery service is unavailable unless scheduled in advance with TForce Freight Expedited at (800)644-0900. Additional charges may apply for pickup and delivery services on major holidays.
