Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LogiLens app for Freshdesk, provided by YOUR COMPANY NAME (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using LogiLens within your Freshdesk account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Description of the service

LogiLens is a multi-carrier delivery helper that runs inside Freshdesk. It helps support agents detect tracking numbers, retrieve shipment status from your configured systems, and compose replies to customers based on that information.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for configuring LogiLens correctly, including mapping ticket fields, carriers, delay thresholds, and reply templates.
  • You remain responsible for your Freshdesk account, data, and any third-party services you connect (such as Supabase or carrier APIs).
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using LogiLens, including privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use LogiLens for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the app or underlying systems;
  • Circumvent any security or access controls in Freshdesk, our services, or connected third-party services;
  • Misrepresent shipment information or use generated replies in a misleading or fraudulent way.

5. Accounts, access, and third-party services

You must have a valid Freshdesk account to use LogiLens. Your access to the app depends on your Freshdesk subscription and its availability. We are not responsible for any downtime or limitations caused by Freshdesk or other third-party services.

If you connect external services or databases (for example Supabase), you are responsible for managing those accounts, permissions, authentication tokens, and data.

6. Fees

If LogiLens is offered on a paid basis, subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented separately (for example in the Freshdesk marketplace listing or in a separate order form). You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

7. Intellectual property

LogiLens, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by YOUR COMPANY NAME or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LogiLens within your Freshdesk account for your internal business purposes.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in LogiLens to you or your organization.

8. Disclaimers

LogiLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of shipment data retrieved from carriers or your own systems, and we are not responsible for carrier performance or delivery outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of LogiLens.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid specifically for LogiLens in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars.

10. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use LogiLens. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Freshdesk account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update LogiLens, discontinue features, or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue using the app after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of YOUR COUNTRY / STATE, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to LogiLens or these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in YOUR CITY / JURISDICTION, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
